How do I change my password?

If you've forgotten your password:
  • Select the Forgot Password link from the sign-in box on
  • Enter the email address associated with your default Acclaim account. Note you are not able to request a password reset for any emails listed as secondary on your account. Only your default email will be used to login on Acclaim.
  • Acclaim will send an email to your default email to reset your password
If you know your password and want to change it:
  • Log in to your Acclaim account
  • Click the Profile icon in the upper left corner of the page
  • Select Manage Profile
  • On the left sidebar, select Change Password
  • Enter your new password and click Save
  • Acclaim will send you an email confirming your password change
