Credly has completed the consolidation of its platforms, and digital badges you’ve earned via Credly’s original platform have been preserved. This badge preservation ensures you have continued access to the evidence of your achievements.
While you can no longer log into the original Credly platform, you can continue to view and download your badges. To get a list of URLs to your preserved badges submit a request, if you didn't receive the notification email with your included links.
Where Are My Badges?
You can view and download your badges from the links provided by clicking on the ‘Get Links to Your Badges’ button above. You can also view your badge by finding a place where you’ve shared it (like your LinkedIn profile) and clicking on it. You’ll be taken to your preserved badge.
If you are having trouble finding your badges, please contact us by using the submit a request option above.
How Do Preserved Digital Badges Work?
With your preserved badge, you can continue to:
- Send people to view your badge via existing links
- Have your badge verified by viewers
- Download your badge
- Request deletion
With your preserved badge, you will no longer be able to:
- Share directly to social media via the platform (you can still share your badge URL)
- View all of your badges on your profile page (each badge will have its own page)
What If I Want to Delete My Account?
Credly complies with the European Union’s General Data Privacy Regulation (GDPR) in processing personal data of badge earners, and will continue to do so through this transition. If you want to delete your Credly account and its data, please contact us by submitting a support request.
